Asking how much bookkeeping is per hour would be like asking how much a car is without providing the make and model or more information.
Costs are based on your documents, how often it needs to be completed, and whether we get all the information we need to do a proper job.
However, we do quote a $65 per hour rate on weekly bookkeeping so you can somewhat compare to other offices.
Please keep in mind that each company is different and requirements are varied.
We do recommend you take advantage of our free 30-minute session to discuss your bookkeeping requirements and we can properly give you a quote based on YOUR books and requirements.

Payroll
Let us take care of your payroll calculations and T4 completion at year-end.
We prepare paystubs for salary and hourly employees.
The T4 Summary and T4s are completed at year-end and distributed to your employees.
Cost per payroll run starts at $20 base + $2 per employee.
No need to invest in software.
No monthly fees or minimum fees.
You only pay when you have employees.
There is a Set-Up Fee of $50 when you first join us to set-up your Company’s information.
T4 Summary filing and completing employee T4s is an additional $50 for payroll clients.
For non-payroll clients, the T4 Summary filing is $75 and $25 per T4.
